Jason Myers has been in the mortgage industry since 2002 and a founder of Ikon Financial Group. He has experience in many types of mortgages including conventional, FHA, jumbo and VA. Currently he is a certified lender for Military.com and specializes in all types of VA lending for our veterans. He is also responsible for Ikon’s Insurance and Affiliate programs growth platforms.
Jason is married to Lissa Myers and they have a son named Watson with a little girl on the way due end of 2011. Macy Caroline is the family Golden and often times will be at the office greeting our clients.
Interests include being an avid support of the University of South Carolina Gamecocks in athletics as his family has been a Gamecock Club member for approaching 60 years. Community activities include Junior Achievement, our Kiva charity platform, Leadership Berkeley Graduate, Coastal Conservation association supporter, and member of the Mt Pleasant Presbyterian Church.

Jimmy Craven is a mortgage loan officer with Ikon Financial Group. Mr. Craven has been actively managing, acquiring and developing residential real estate in Charleston for over 15 years.
Jimmy’s 15 year background in managing and investing in real estate combined with his passion for the business suit him well in providing excellent knowledge and service to his clients. His personal successes at renovating properties for resale have made him savvy in lending for investment properties as well as traditional home purchases.
He accepted this role at Ikon Financial Group after working for Daniel Island Mortgage also in Charleston. Craven previously had a successful 10 year career in international engineering and environmental consulting with Applied Technology and Management (ATM) based in Charleston. At ATM he was a senior project manager and team leader both in Charleston, SC and Palm Beach, FL. Mr. Craven was an integral leader at ATM in completing large scale real estate development feasibility studies in the South East US, Caribbean and Middle East. His background in real estate and professional experience suit him well in providing excellent service to his clients in the real estate industry.
Craven has been working with realtors to aggressively liquidate short sales and foreclosures by providing creative lending solutions for properties that have been stagnate between the bank and the owner. Since he has extensive experience negotiating purchases in residential properties and providing financing he brings together both elements to the benefit of his clients.
Mr. Craven is a native of Mt. Pleasant and is a graduate of Clemson University where he received degrees in engineering and geology. He is now pursuing an MBA at the citadel. He has been a key note presenter at investment conferences and has several technical publications.
Mr. Craven is active in the Urban Land Institute and lives in Bayview Acres in Mt. Pleasant, SC. When not busy at the office Mr. Craven enjoys spending time on his boat with his family or out surfing, fishing or diving.
Greg joined Ikon Financial Group as an experienced Mortgage Consultant. He previously was a mortgage consultant and manager for six years with New South Mortgage. He holds degrees from Northwestern University and the University of North Texas.

Greg’s passion is serving every client as if they were a million dollar purchaser. He is also a classical musician and can be heard performing solo trumpet in many of Charleston’s Historic Churches.
