James J. Sineath, a lifelong resident of Charleston, has over 46 years of lending experience. He holds a B.S. degree from Charleston Southern University. James joined Ikon Financial Group in August, 2010, after being the owner of South Carolina Mortgage Co., Inc., for 14 years. He has been providing mortgage loans exclusively for the past 20 years.
James now manages the Goose Creek Branch affiliate branch of Ikon Financial Group. James lives with his wonderful wife, Linda, and enjoys spending time with his four grandchildren. His sons, Jeff and Drew, also call Charleston home! James also enjoys flying his Piper Cherokee 235 airplane on the weekends and officiates high school and recreation league football.
