Catherine Lindgren is a 1994 graduate of the College of Charleston. She began her first career in the international shipping business in Charleston, SC and took that career with her in the summer of 2001 to Charlotte, NC. There she worked for Bank of America for 3 years in their Export Letters of Credit department. She then transitioned to Weyerhaeuser as a project manager. These are the detailed skills that she uses every day to ensure that her loans are ready for closing on time, every time.
Catherine has been married for 8 years to Ryan Lindgren. He is a native Charlottean, served in the United States Air Force, and is also in the mortgage industry. They have 1 daughter who is 3 years old. Her hobbies include chasing a 3 year old, loving on an old basset hound, and planting flowers in my garden. Catherine is an active member of Friends-in-Business in Lake Wylie, and a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Fort Mill.
