Robert has been serving clients in the Charleston area since 2005. He takes the time to learn about each clients’ unique goals and objectives and then tailors a personalized mortgage strategy to best suit their needs.
Robert is a licensed mortgage consultant in North and South Carolina and completed his CMC designation (Certified Mortgage Coach) in January of 2011. Robert has an extensive background in real estate, finance, and international business and spent one year working in Santiago, Chile while he sharpened his Spanish skills.
Robert is an active member of Toast Masters, BNI, Constructores para Cristo, and a co-founder of Charleston Sphere. In his spare time, Robert loves to play tennis, golf, music, and win at poker!
Eric has been in the Mortgage industry for the past 10 years. He completed his undergraduate work at The University of Mississippi, and obtained an MBA at The University of New Orleans.
Before joining Ikon Financial Group, Eric was the Southeastern Territory Business Development Manager with a former company, opening and managing branch offices in Little Rock, New Orleans, and Atlanta.
For the past five years, Eric has focused specifically on mortgages for borrower’s who have recently experienced a bankruptcy. These mortgages are far more complicated than mortgages for borrowers who have never filed bankruptcy, as they require more documentation and more expertise. They are one of the most difficult types of mortgages to do, as the bankruptcy adds a significant layer of risk, which makes it essential that you work with a mortgage professional that is experienced in this area of mortgage finance if you’ve recently experience a bankruptcy.
